    The trial is being conducted Monday through Thursday in three sessions from 9:30-11:30, 12:00-1:30, and 2:30-4:30. There is usually no afternoon session on Fridays.

Trial resumes after judicial recess

After a two-week court recess, the trial resumes this morning at 9:30 (10:00 with the delay in video and audio from the courtroom). Prosecutors are expected to bring witness Isaac Mongor back to the stand to complete his direct examination. Mongor’s testimony had been interrupted by the logistical need to call Joseph D. “Zigzag” Marzah to testify before the recess.
